What this covers
Wrench Wallet is a rewards program run by mobile tool dealers and operated by Fort Detroit Logistics LLC. This policy covers the mobile app and this website.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, or email address — whichever you sign up with.
- Your rewards activity — points earned, rewards redeemed, and payments your dealer records against your account.
- Consent records — if you agree to text messages, the wording you agreed to and the date and time.
- A device token — if you turn on notifications, so we can send them.
We do not collect payment card details. Your dealer takes payment the way they always have, and records it against your account afterward.
Who can see it
The dealer whose program you joined can see your name, your member code, and your rewards activity with them. That is the point of the program — they need it to give you your points.
If you belong to more than one dealer's program, neither dealer can see the other's activity.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never share your phone number with advertisers or data brokers.
- We never text you without your explicit agreement.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make the app work: our database and hosting provider, our text messaging provider, and the notification services run by Apple and Google. They process your information on our behalf and cannot use it for anything else.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app, on the My Card screen. It removes your name, phone number, and email for good, and it cannot be undone. Your dealer keeps a record of the payments and purchases they logged, with your name removed, because those are their business records.
Deleting your account gives up any points and rewards you have not collected.
Children
Wrench Wallet is for adults buying tools for their work. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
